Intellectual Property Notice

Black Coral Aquatics, LLC ("BCA") retains all right, title, and interest in and to this App and all related content, including source code, data structures, templates, documents, reports, graphics, branding, and business process materials.

1. Ownership

All content made available through the App is owned by BCA or licensed to BCA and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws.

2. Reservation of Rights

No ownership rights are granted to users. All rights not expressly granted by BCA in writing are reserved.

3. Limited License

Authorized users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for approved business operations.

4. Restrictions

Without prior written permission, users may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

5. Trademarks

"Black Coral Aquatics" and related logos and marks are trademarks or service marks of BCA. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in access termination, internal action, and civil or criminal legal enforcement.
